Shipping policy

• Shipment processing times: All our orders have a specific expected to ship date below them & if there are any delays, all our customers will be kept updated. In case you would like to cancel because of the delay, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• All Products will be ready for dispatch within the specified timeframe stated on their respective product pages. Kindly be aware that this timeframe does not encompass the courier delivery duration. Our aim is to dispatch products well ahead of the indicated timeframe below.

• Methods of shipping: Air Shipment, Courier Mode(DHL & FedEx) & Sea.
• Costs: Exact delivery charge will be displayed during checkout.
• Delivery time: Air Shipment, DHL & Fedex will take 5-7 working days. Shipment by Sea will take 30-60 days depending on the Zone its being shipped too.
• Tracking orders: Customers who opt for Courier mode will be sent AWB number that can be tracked online.
  
• Customs and import taxes: All our orders come under DDP that means its Duty & Delivery Paid.
