Cancellation Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund but the same has to be done within 7 days from the time the order is placed. To initiate a refund, please send us a mail with the order # to support@indiahaul.com

Return Policy

India Haul has a strict no return policy as the orders are made to order but the only exception is for damaged & defective products or wrong item delivered to our customers. The same must be informed to us by mail at support@indiahaul.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Damaged & Defective products will be replaced or the amount will be refunded to customers bank account used to purchase the goods

Damages and issues 

IndiaHaul takes extensive care especially to make sure the products aren't damaged during transit but if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@indiahaul.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@indiahaul.com
